GlenoGifts primarily serves customers in the United States. Personalized valet trays require production time before shipment.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days after payment and all required personalization details are received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Peak seasons or questions about submitted details may require additional time.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery to most United States addresses typically takes 7–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing or an incomplete address may affect delivery.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available methods and charges appear at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, it is sent to the checkout email and may take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the shipping address carefully before ordering. Email us promptly if a correction is needed. Contact us with the order number and relevant photos if a package is delayed for an extended period, arrives damaged or appears lost.
