We want every GlenoGifts order to arrive as expected. Eligibility depends on whether an item is personalized.

Personalized products

Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for a preference change, incorrect customer-provided details or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the submitted customization, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-personalized products

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an eligible non-personalized item. It must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Email us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once production begins, a personalized order may no longer be changed or cancelled. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow up to 10 business days after approval plus any payment-provider processing time.
